Bad Moosbach station with ramp, workshop of the MRE and engine house. In the front to the left the tracks are ongoing to Nuschelstadt and Rheinheim in a big loop over the layout to pass later the new block tower “Bastion” on the right side of this picture. Behind the station, which is located as an island between the tracks, you see the main street of Bad Moosbach. The station was build in 1993 and completely refurbished in 2005.

In 2008 the complete backdrop and the light installation was renewed.                          (September 2009)

VT 11.5 meets VT 137 154 of the MRE in Zwiebelsbach during a test ride after the reconstruction to the Trix Express System in February 2006. The 4-track staging yard  Zwiebelsbach was build in 1994 and can store up to 6 trains

Nuschelstadt (buildt in 2003) is 45 cm beneath Zwiebelsbach. The track is going covered over 14 meter on a 2.5% ramp and in form of a helix to the lower level.

The Tesmo V80 diesel has reached its destination with a local freight train for Nuschelstadt and Rheinheim.

Creating the landscape in this this part of the layout is going on since 2006.

End of line station Rheinheim with engine house and station. The engine house is from 1964 (!) and one of the oldest buildings along the track. The station building is a remarkable example for the brick railway architecture in the Odenwald area. (March 2007)
