Come with us to the MRE Moosbach-Rheinheimer Eisenbahn at Moosbach
You don‘t know Moosbach? Bad Moosbach is located in Germany in the hills of the beautiful Odenwald somewhere near the river Neckar. Some years ago, after the discovery of the healthy effect of the springs, it received the status of a spa resort “Bad” Moosbach.
The Moosbach-Rheinheimer-Railway is developing since 1992 as a private HO-layout with the fictional stations Bad Moosbach and Rheinheim recreating situations in the Odenwald area in middle Germany. Original planned as a layout in L-shape, the segmentional concept allowed over the years 3 moves including changes into a double layer U-shaped layout. Read on this pages stories and pictures about layout construction, technology and equipment of the MRE.
New in April 2011: Fantastic city views and the story of the Victoria bicycle Works at Impressions of Bad Moosbach. |
